Heavy Triplets for Friday

It only make sense to do heavy triplets the day after a nice 2,000 meter time trial!

Great work to all of you who showed up on Thursday and knocked out your first fitness test of the 4 week training block!

Here’s what we’ve got for you on Fiday.

Strength Triplets

Your work and rest intervals will be 30/30

Complete 5 rounds of each triplet…

Triplet 1

  • Chest press
  • Deadlifts
  • Abs

Triplet 2

  • Pull ups or rows
  • Goblet squats
  • Twist or side bend

Finsher Triplet

Stationary 20/10 x 4 rounds of..

  • Kettlebell curl
  • Kettlebell triceps
  • Body weight cardio choice
