It only make sense to do heavy triplets the day after a nice 2,000 meter time trial!

Here’s what we’ve got for you on Fiday.
Strength Triplets
Your work and rest intervals will be 30/30
Complete 5 rounds of each triplet…
Triplet 1
- Chest press
- Deadlifts
- Abs
Triplet 2
- Pull ups or rows
- Goblet squats
- Twist or side bend
Finsher Triplet
Stationary 20/10 x 4 rounds of..
- Kettlebell curl
- Kettlebell triceps
- Body weight cardio choice
