Kettlebell or Body Weight Strength

The perfect follow up to Wednesday’s Skinny Mike Challenge would be this kettlebell or body weight strength session.

Therefore, Thursday’s session will combine ALL of the crucial strength movements with a cardio kicker at the end of the session.

Just like all Training Room strength sessions…

This one shouldn’t be missed!

The first part of the session will look like this…

20 Minutes of kettlebell/body weight performed as an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

  • 10 swings or deadlift choice
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 clean, high pulls or supermans
  • 10 press choice or shoulder taps
  • 10 squat choice (weights or body weight)
  • 10 row choice or 5 pull ups
  • 10 Abdomnal movment choice

Part 2 or Finisher…

Pick any cardio or kettlebell sport move and complete the following intervals.

  1. 1 minute on / 50 seconds off
  2. 1 minute on / 40 seconds off
  3. 1 minute on / 30 seconds off
  4. 1 minute on / 20 seconds off
  5. 1 minute on / 10 seconds off
  6. 1 minute on / DONE
