This Saturday is the very first Jersey Shore Kettlebell Sport Championship at the Manasquan gym.

There are still a bunch of stragglers who have not signed up for ROW for HOPE on May 15.
It’s being held at Goodsports USA in Wall.
ALL proceeds are donated to the JAG fund for brain cancer research.
Let’s work a nice solid strength circuit with some conditioning to finish up!
30 seconds of work 30 seconds of rest x 10 rounds of this sext strength circuit
- Swings, cleans, snatch, or 1 arm row
- Push press or Push-up
- Long Cycle, or weighted step-up
DO a 30 second sprint with 30 seconds of recovery for 5 rounds.
Keep track of your total calories and record them or else!
