Some Strength and Some Conditioning

We’ve got a bit of a hybrid lined up for Wednesday at The Training Room with some strength and some conditioning.

Alternate between strength circuit (A) and conditioning circuit (B) with each round.

Complete 3 rounds of each Circuit A and B (6 total).

Here’s what it looks like.

Circuit A (strength, rounds 1 and 3)

  • Alternate arm ring rows or renegade rows
  • Reverse lunge or walk lunge
  • Single arm press or see saw press
  • Single leg deadlift or bird dog
  • Plank choice

Circuit B (conditioning, rounds 2 and 4)

  • Row
  • Bike
  • Versa climb, jumping jacks or jump rope
  • Ski erg
  • Sled push or step-up
