Stationary Strength Circuit

Monday is a strength focus and we will be repeating the last 4 week training block starting out with  a Training Room stationary strength circuit!

We will do 4 rounds of strength and then finish up with partner finisher.

Here’s your strength circuit.

60/30 x 4 round s

  • Single leg deadlit R/L
  • Overhead or floor press R/L
  • Split squat R/L
  • Row R/L

Finisher: 4 rounds

Partner 1 rows 250 meters while partner 2 holds a plank until partner 1 has completed the 250.

Switch partners until each have completed 4 rounds.
