We hope you all had a fantastic Monday and enjoyed our birthday challenge.

Let’s change up the pace a bit from yesterday’s 23rd Birthday Challenge with some strength circuits plus cardio and abs!

It’s part of The Training Room’s master plan for you!

Speaking of master plans…

We are excited be teaming up with Jeremy Kuper (JD) from Atlantic Exercise Physiology in Manasquan for our next Fitness Performance Challenge.

JD runs the first and ONLY Exercise Physiology facility in the state of New Jersey and he’s got some great info for us!

We will be hosting a seminar with JD for both members and non-members on Wednesday, January 19 at 6:45 PM at The Manasquan gym.

On that day we will explain the logistics of this “performance based” fitness challenge and how we are going to set you up for success and long term RESULTS!

JD will be speaking about the type fitness testing he does, and how it will benefit ALL of us when encorporated into our program!

As far as we know, this will be a one of a kind fitness challenge, and we can’t wait to present it.

FYI, part of this challenge will include checking into class so we know you are coming!

Here’s what we’ve got for you on Tuesday.

30 seconds work/20 seconds rest of the following 3 circuits

Circuit through the four movements of each circuit for 4 rounds…

Circuit 1 (Lats, Legs, ABS and more)
  • Ring row/Coiling row, pull up, band row, or single arm row
  • Goblet squat
  • abdominal choice (could be anything including sliders and Bulgarian bag swings)
  • Jump rope, jacks, foam sprints etc..
Circuit 2 (BACK, chesticles and MORE ABS)
Circuit 3 (Guns and even more abs)
  • Bicep curls (various ways)
  • Tricep extentions (endless possibilities)
  • ABS!!
