The perfect follow up to yesterday’s sprint session which was a blast!

Your work and rest intervals will be 30/30 x 5 rounds of the following couplets.

Couplet 1 (5 rounds)

  • Heavy swings or Dead lift choice
  • Dumbbell or kettlebell chest press or floor press.

Couplet 2 (5 rounds)

  • Squat
  • Ring, band, or body weight pull-ups

Triplet finisher:

30/15 x 5 rounds
