Triplet 2 (40/20 x 4 rounds)

  • Ski erg
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Twist of Bulgarian Bag

Triplet 3 (40/20 x 4 rounds)

  • Body weight squat options
  • Mountain climb or 1/2 burpee
  • Row
