A Simple Strength Circuit and Warrior Challenge Training
For those who have been asking, we WILL be starting our WARRIOR CHALLENGE training on Sunday, July 28 a 7:30 AM on East End Avenue beach (Warrior Beach).
Body Weight Conditioning
We will be doing 5 minutes of non-stop movement with body weight exercises. You may also mix some mace and kettlebell swings in if you want (if you need help with your swings, please let us know).
Strength Triplets
Most of our sessions can be performed with a variety of training tools including kettlebells, dumbbells,medicine balls or even a sand bag or mace. Also remember that there’s always a body weight option for most of the movements.
The Training Room Deck of Cards
The Training Room deck of cards can be done with bells or your own body weight which makes it doable for EVERYONE! You can even combine both kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight.

Long Intervals for Conditioning
Tuesday is a conditioning day at The Training Room and we will be doing long intervals for conditioning. Pick from cardio, kettlebell sport or body weight.
Move Slow Then Fast
We will kick off Monday with a fun strength day where we will do the movement at normal pace for thirty seconds and then pick up the pace for thirty seconds (fast strength).
