Hooray for Friday! It’s time for some Wo Man makers at The Training Room.
Thursday is a conditioning focus day, so let’s help build up our work capacity with an old school TR conditioning circuit.
Wednesday is a strength focus, and we love our single or alternate limb strength sessions over here at The Training Room.
Since Tuesday is a conditioning focus, we will be diving in to some hard and easy intervals.
Let’s start another productive week out with a fun freestyle strength session.
For your Training Room conditioning enjoyment, we have a little TMT of the 2.0 variety.
Thursday is a strength focus so therefore. we’ll be covering ALL bases with twelve minute ladder couplets.
Your day should ALWAYS start or end with a Training Room session.
Tuesday is a Strength focus and we’ve got a nice combination of strength with a little conditioning at the end with the twenty plus ten.
