It’s a body weight conditioning day at The Training Room! Just show up! We will be doing 5 minutes of non-stop movement with body weight movements.
Most of our sessions can be performed with a variety of modalities including kettlebells, dumbbells,medicine balls or even a sand bag.
It’s a new week, and here’s your classic 25 minute Monday challenge.
Hey Training Room family, you know that we like to preach body weight work and how important it is to progress and and get as close to perfecting movements with your body weight before loading up with weight.
Tuesday is a conditioning day at The Training Room and we will be doing long conditioning intervals.
We will kick off Monday with a fun strength day where we will do the movement at normal pace for thirty seconds and then pick up the pace for thirty seconds (fast strength).
Friday is a conditioning day and we will be rocking it out old school with a big ‘OL conditioning circuit.
It’s a strength day for us and you can use weights or choose your own body weight exercise options on this one.
We have 2 fifteen minute AMRAPs with a 3 minute rest between.
