Full Body Strength

Full body strength is ALWAYS the way. Wednesday is a strength day, so it would be a great day for you to get after this weeks challenge if yoou have not already done so.

Cardio Supersets!

YES It’s cardio supersets for Friday! If you signed up for our 12 Week  Winter Fitness Challenge, you will have until next Friday to get your fitness testing done.
