Try this one. Get two kettlebells, one heavy, and one lighter.  Do 5r/5l snatches with the heavier bell on the minute, then switch to the lighter bell and do the same.  Continue this for 5-10 minutes. Finish up with 10 walking swings on the minute for 10...
